The March 2021 issue of ITNOW magazine featured an interview with Paul about the origins of the book and his views on too much jargon!

A piece in Femail featured the book looking at how you can spot someone spying on your digital life and how to avoid being tracked or snooped on. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-9013409/Cyber-expert-reveals-spot-partner-using-phone-spy-you.html
The feedback from readers has started to come in and I am delighted. Here are some examples:
" Very good book. Well written and very practical " ,
" Just want to say well done with the book. I ordered 3 and am not disappointed. Hopefully will stop the “busman’s holiday” phone calls with the family ;-)"
"Is it possible for a book to provide a positive, non-technical account that will leave the average technology user not just feeling better informed, but actually empowered?"

I agreed to post answers to the many questions we didnt have time to cover at the 4IT webinar. I have posted answers on the Blog section which is at the bottom of the Home page.
Over 200 registered attendees and some great questions on the night. We ran out of time but watch this space as I will publish answers to the questions on this site shortly. Thanks to all who attended and to 4IT for hosting.
Thoroughly enjoyed Paul's talk. So much so, that I bought his book about half way through!
Enjoyed the webinar - now thinking of updating my digital footprint with the help of the book obviously
Although it was a short presentation there was truly many nuggets of information to digest. Really appreciated the recording as this will prove invaluable
.
Thanks - yesterday evening was one of best sessions I've attended - really well presented and brilliant content. Well done.
Great to watch the webinar last night, a lot of good advice from Paul
My thanks to Paul, for taking the time to share his cyber security expertise and knowledge with the participants, as mentioned by Paul; I feel the content would be very informative for users not fully aware of the potential risks involved and how to better secure their data and equipment when using a digital profile or going online.
This was one of the most useful webinars I’ve seen – great content from start to finish.
Thank you very much for this. I watched it in the "wee" small hours and found it very interesting. Well presented, a wealth of knowledge and experience to think carefully about.
The webinar from Paul Vlissidis was of benefit to me personally specifically the advice on using a secure password manager, a pi-hole and digital footprints.
I thought the Webinar was excellent, one of the most engaging I've attended in a while.
- I thought Paul presented really well, got through plenty of content without feeling like it was rehearsed or scripted.
- It definitely had the potential to be one big ad for his book but that wasn't the case at all.
- I find that many educational webinars are overtly theoretical and lack real-world application but I learned some great stuff from Paul that I can actually apply in a practical way.
It was a very informative and useful presentation by Paul. So much so, that I ordered the book straight afterwards!
I am going to order a copy of the book – I found Paul very knowledgeable and highlighted some important issues – some that we know of, and a timely reminder for all of us.
I must admit – I need to check some of my digital footprint – something to perhaps do over this lockdown weekend!
